Compensation
Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Completing RFPs/RFIs and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
- Responding to investor information requests during capital raises and throughout fund lifecycles
- Executing detailed fund, investor, and market-level analyses
- Delivering research and data analysis to support investor relations initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior experience with real estate required
- 1-3 years of related experience in an asset management firm
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets using advanced Excel techniques
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
