Qualifications
3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
Regulatory and privacy litigation experience a plus.
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
Relocation to Madison, WI, necessary and fully reimbursed.
COVID‑19 vaccination required.
