Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's
Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $15.00 – $15.25 (dependent on qualifications and experience). Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Physical Demands The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications Prior retail and/or management experience is required. The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
