Define and prioritize product requirements to enhance efficiency across the entire payables and receivables lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver intuitive experiences for finance users, vendors, and customers. Track global industry trends in B2B payments, AR automation, and accounting technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. Leverage analytics and AI insights to recommend automation rules, predict late payments, and optimize approval and collection strategies. Lead pre‑release programs (early adopters, betas) to validate usability and ensure product readiness. Partner with marketing and enablement teams to craft messaging, training, and launch materials that communicate value to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
