Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Manage IT operations, including network, servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Oversee cybersecurity programs, compliance, and risk management.
Lead technology projects, upgrades, and system integrations.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Create and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
Manage IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
Mentor and lead IT team members, fostering professional growth.
Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles.
Proven track record in managing enterprise IT environments and leading technology initiatives.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
