Deep experience in

IT Staffing, Solutions/ Services and Consulting sales .

No job hoppers

as we value professionals who demonstrate commitment and long-term vision.

A strong

hunter mentality

– cold calls, networking, social outreach, referrals – you do what it takes to win.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement.

Must have experience dealing with and selling to clients in Life Sciences and /or Healthcare Industry.

Must be able to give a 30-60-90 day plan and with confidence and book of business and live reqs within first month itself.
