Business Development Director
who can open doors, build C-suite relationships, and deliver strong revenue growth in IT services. If you’re an independent go-getter with the drive to win new clients, we’d love to connect! What You’ll Do
Generate
new logos
in banking, capital markets, and insurance. Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure. Develop go-to-market strategies and execute with precision. Collaborate with practice/delivery teams to craft winning solutions. Consistently exceed quotas and deliver multi-million-dollar wins. What We’re Looking For
12–15 years of
IT services sales experience
with a focus on hunting. Strong domain knowledge of
financial services . Proven track record in
closing large deals . Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills. Based in/around
Dallas, TX
