What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Evaluate and analyze existing claims processes, data, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Gather and analyze data to provide insights into claims processes and performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements for process and technology enhancements
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and project progress
Monitor project risks, benefits, and performance metrics, escalating issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process optimization, business analysis, consulting, innovation, or process engineering
Leadership experience in property and casualty insurance claims
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision‑making
Effective communication and collaboration skills
