LHH is looking for a strategic, hands-on HR leader to drive people strategy across a multi-site footprint. You’ll lead organizational change, elevate engagement, and deliver high-impact initiatives—while overseeing the full HR function. This role is based in Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) and requires travel approximately 30% of the time. Responsibilities
Lead change management
for org redesigns, new systems/processes, and integration work—own stakeholder plans, communications, training, and adoption metrics. Improve engagement & culture
through pulse surveys, action planning, recognition, manager enablement, and clear KPIs linked to retention and performance. Run enterprise HR initiatives
(workforce planning, succession, leadership development, DEIB, well-being) with governance, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Own HR operations
end-to-end: recruiting partnership, onboarding, performance management, policy governance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Partner on total rewards & HRIS —ensure market alignment, compliance, and insights via dashboards/analytics that guide decisions. Manage employee relations —coach leaders, oversee investigations, and ensure compliance (EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, state/local). Be a trusted advisor
to the executive team—facilitate quarterly talent reviews and leadership offsites; present clear, data-driven narratives. What you’ve done
10+ years progressive HR experience, including 5+ years leading HR teams or multi-site programs. Proven success delivering complex
change programs
and measurable
engagement
improvements. Broad HR expertise (talent strategy, ER, performance, rewards, compliance, HRIS/analytics). Executive-level communication and influence; strong data literacy and storytelling. Willing and able to travel
