In this role, you will create and develop electrical designs, drawings, and documentation to support our power distribution products. You will work closely with Project Engineers to translate concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate electrical layouts that meet industry standards and ensure manufacturability, performance, and quality. This is a strong opportunity for a detail‑oriented electrical design professional who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about delivering high‑quality, American‑made electrical equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and quality standards, including participating in Kaizen and Area Focus Teams. Use team‑driven problem‑solving approaches to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Provide feedback and corrections to documentation in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and customers as needed. What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Drafting & Design, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered. At least 5 years of electrical design experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read, interpret, and produce accurate electrical drawings with strong attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, shop personnel, and cross‑functional teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to self‑check work for accuracy and completeness. Knowledge of industry standards and electrical codes (ANSI, UL, NEC, NEMA, MSHA, etc.) is preferred. Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Willingness to work overtime as required to support production schedules or project timelines. Additional Responsibilities
