We partner with unicorn AI tech startups to enterprise technology customers like Coinbase, Robinhood, Databricks, Dropbox and Wiz to help them to build award-winning cybersecurity teams by headhunting the best security talent in the world.
Having launched in 2017, Code Red has experienced consistent year-on-year growth with substantial recruiting fees in what is generally considered one of the hottest recruiting markets in the world right now.
The Role Our Principal Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in leading Code Red’s professional services expansion across all markets. S/he will develop a deep network of cybersecurity professionals across the tech industry and consult to Code Red customers. The Technical Recruiter will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of key initiatives.
How you’ll help us to be successful:
Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with security professionals and security leaders in the tech space
Develop and execute strategic expansion initiatives to spur rapid growth
Take ownership over the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing through close)
Create amazing candidate experiences and thoughtful recruiting strategies
Partner extremely close with Hiring Managers to solve hiring problems on the fly
Review recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring practices

5+ years experience in a full-cycle tech recruiting role
Deep knowledge of the best candidate sources and a passion for finding and connecting with technical talent
Excitement to work at a startup and to contribute to building help building and iterating on existing processes
Desire to expand your knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
Competitive Salary + Commission Competitive Salary ($75,000-$90,000 base plus uncapped commissions. $50,000 - $100,000 first year commission expectations)
