Manage litigation and regulatory matters for Epic as it expands its offerings. Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, and lead settlement negotiations. Counsel Epic on an evolving competitive landscape and evolving regulatory frameworks. Qualifications
3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Strong academic and professional background. Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Relocation to Madison, WI fully reimbursed.
