In-House Litigation Attorney
Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You'll manage litigation and regulatory matters, and have the opportunity to counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly.
Role Overview This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. The role will involve leading settlement negotiations, presenting oral arguments, and drafting motions and briefs.

Required Qualifications
JD with 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
