About the Job Domino's Pizza is hiring a General Manager to lead our store. You will ensure the store runs efficiently, meet customer expectations, and drive sales.
Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Maintain policy compliance, set example for crew and ensure 100% adherence to standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training.
Control costs, manage cash, ensure profitability.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and marketing initiatives.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Experience in a leadership role in a fast‑food or retail environment.
Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication.
Ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen for orders.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks as described.
Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable vehicle (if delivery duties included).
Work Conditions Store temperature ranges 36‑90 °F. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 °F. Work may involve standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, and climbing stairs.
