We are looking for our next Associate Advisor. In this role, Associate Advisors are responsible for managing the day‑to‑day responsibilities, priorities and workload of their client service teams, providing analytical, operational, and administrative support for the acquisition, implementation, and ongoing retention of clients.
Your Role
Manage the day‑to‑day responsibilities, priorities and workload of client service teams, providing analytical, operational, and administrative support for client acquisition, implementation, and retention.
Execute intra‑day requests with strict timeframes such as trades, wire requests, and journals—initiating, reviewing, approving, and ensuring completion with thorough communication to clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for custodians on all operational and tactical service matters.
Gather, organize, and input client data into the CRM (Salesforce); manage data accuracy, integrity and keep records current.
Act as the point person for all client service team inquiries; work with team members to move action items forward and complete them.
Work with the team to craft client meeting agendas and prepare deliverables; analyze client data, develop strategies, occasionally attend client meetings, and ensure all client‑related action items are communicated and memorialized in the CRM.
Prepare standard deliverables related to the delivery of wealth‑management advice based on inputs from team members.
Review current client portfolios and make investment recommendations with the team regarding changes based on asset allocation and location.
Provide spreadsheet analysis on an ad‑hoc basis for advanced financial topics and specialty requests such as tax‑loss harvesting, stock option and restricted stock inventories, and wealth transfer strategies; maintain all record‑keeping related to these activities.
Collaborate with Tax, Investments and Estate Planning to determine additional levels of detail required for the client’s situation.
Manage tax coordination and execution for clients’ personal and trust accounts.
Your Experience
2–4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management or a related industry; current with industry trends, terminology and concepts.
Undergraduate degree required.
Series 65 or equivalent required within the first 120 days of employment.
Interest in or currently pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®).
Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Windows); expected to learn other position‑related systems on the job.
Excellent organizational skill to handle multiple client relationships with competing priorities and coordinate team member resources effectively.
Delegation capability to increase capacity by managing and delegating tasks appropriately, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Presentation skill to communicate complex concepts and ideas to clients in a professional, persuasive and easily comprehensible manner, both written and verbal.
Role is in‑office, full‑time, exempt; an in‑office work culture with flexibility.

Compensation
Pay: $85,000 – $105,000 per year.
