Job Summary The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy. This role leads inventory shifts, oversees all back‑of‑house (BOH) product operations, ensures floor and BOH are stocked and organized, supports team performance evaluations, and serves as Supervisor on Duty (SOD). The Lead also delivers a world‑class guest experience when working on the floor.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
Proactively plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Ensure execution of product actions such as pull‑backs, consolidations, and repricing.
Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal product availability.
Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, e.g., analyzing sell‑through data to provide recommendations to store leadership.
Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
Address team member performance and provide ongoing learning and development through direct feedback, coaching, and hands‑on experiences.
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and a world‑class experience.
Job Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
Reliable transportation to the assigned store and ability to travel if required.
Experience: 1 year of work experience, preferably in inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
Experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent (nice to have).
Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience is a plus.
Food safety or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service (not required).
Schedule / Availability
Schedule varies based on store needs.
Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Peak periods may include early mornings or late nights/overnight shifts.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range:
$22.50–$25.89 per hour, subject to local minimum wage.
Target Bonus:
$2.00 per hour.
Total Target Base Pay:
$24.50–$27.89 per hour.
