What You’ll Do
Prospect and build new client relationships
Secure exclusive listings and present marketing proposals
Advise tenants, owners, buyers, and investors on CRE strategies
Show properties, negotiate offers, and close transactions
Collaborate with our in-house marketing & transaction support team
Who We’re Looking For A motivated, business‑minded professional ready to elevate their CRE career. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve investment goals.
Qualifications
Hold an active Real Estate License in the State of Florida.
Strong negotiation & relationship‑building skills
Organized, tech‑savvy & persistent follow‑through
Additional Strengths We Value
Experience using CRM platforms, prospecting tools, or pipeline systems
Knowledge of South Florida commercial submarkets (industrial, retail, office, mixed‑use, land)
Ability to prepare and present proposal packages & investment summaries
Comfortable generating new business through cold outreach, networking & referrals
Strong follow‑up discipline & ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Reliable transportation for property tours & client meetings
Goal‑oriented with a self‑driven work ethic
Familiarity with Costar, Loop Net, Reonomy, or similar research platforms
Experience working with landlords, developers, or institutional owners
Track record of closing transactions or exceeding sales quotas
High emotional intelligence – builds rapport quickly
Hungry to grow – sees real estate as a longer‑term career
Invests in personal development & ongoing learning
Willing to attend industry mixers, property tours & networking events
