A leading project management and owner’s representation firm is seeking a highly skilled
Senior Construction Project Manager
to oversee major Healthcare, Higher Education, and other institutional projects in the Miami region. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept through completion.
This role requires strategic planning, client‑facing leadership, and the ability to manage diverse teams while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop detailed project execution plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
Identify risks early, create mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive contingency plans.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
Mentor and guide project team members to support productivity and high performance.
Prepare clear and consistent project reporting, including progress updates, financial status, and forecasting.
Coordinate procurement, change management, and project documentation as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
8+ years of project management experience , preferably in Healthcare, Higher Education, or commercial construction environments.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and external partners.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
Ability to interpret construction documents, schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
Proficiency with project management software.
