In-House Litigation Attorney
Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team at our campus in Madison, WI. This position requires relocation to the area and includes financial relocation assistance.
Responsibilities:
Manage litigation and regulatory matters for a rapidly expanding health‑care technology company.
Counsel Epic on legal risks related to expanding product offerings and evolving competitive landscape.
Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
Provide strategic guidance on litigation and regulatory strategy.
Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
Strong academic and professional background; competitive litigation and regulatory experience is a plus.
Detail oriented with excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and fully reimbursed.
