In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic Join our legal team in Madison, WI. Epic is expanding rapidly and requires a litigator to manage litigation and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Manage litigation and regulatory matters.

Counsel Epic on an evolving competitive landscape.

Draft motions, briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.

Qualifications

3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.

Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.

Strong academic and professional background.

Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
