$200K - $250K base DOE plus bonus and RSUs

Position Overview The Strategic Accounts Sales Director for Power Semiconductor will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with Tier-1 accounts in the power semiconductor sector. This role focuses on leveraging advanced knowledge of GaN, SiC, and power electronics to create value-based selling strategies that meet the unique needs of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the power semiconductor market
Manage and nurture relationships with Tier-1 accounts
Lead negotiations and closing of key contracts
Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to align product offerings with customer needs
Identify market trends and customer requirements to inform product development
Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team in the power semiconductor domain
Implement value-based selling techniques to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on power semiconductors and key account management
Proven track record of success in managing Tier-1 accounts
Strong understanding of GaN, SiC, and power electronics technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Experience in value-based selling and strategic accounts management
