Our client is seeking a
Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR)
to help drive growth through aftermarket solutions and service offerings in
Northern California . This role focuses on building long‑term relationships and delivering solutions that keep their customers’ operations running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer‑focused sales mindset who enjoys problem‑solving, building trust, and driving repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing equipment customers to identify support needs.
Sell service contracts, parts, and additional company offerings.
Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience after the sale.
Conduct regular customer visits to promote services, maintenance programs, and value‑added solutions.
Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement and maximize aftermarket revenue.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow‑up communications to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer activity, sales pipeline, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in
material handling
or a related industry.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
