CFS is working with a client seeking a

Temporary HR Coordinator

to support HR operations during a maternity leave . This role offers exposure to a global HR environment and the opportunity to work on key projects, including a system transition to Global Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes Conduct orientations and review company policies Handle immigration questionnaires and fingerprinting Respond to HR-related inquiries via ServiceNow ticketing system Assist with HR projects, including system implementation

Qualifications

1-7 years of HR experience (fintech or financial services preferred) Bachelor's degree required Strong HR generalist skills (onboarding, recruiting) Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables; VLOOKUP a plus) Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
