CFS is working with a client seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to support HR operations during a maternity leave . This role offers exposure to a global HR environment and the opportunity to work on key projects, including a system transition to Global Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Conduct orientations and review company policies
  • Handle immigration questionnaires and fingerprinting
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries via ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Assist with HR projects, including system implementation

Qualifications

  • 1-7 years of HR experience (fintech or xrczosw financial services preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong HR generalist skills (onboarding, recruiting)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables; VLOOKUP a plus)
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
