Description:

Seeking a Tier 1 IT Help Desk Analyst to provide customer-focused technical support via phone and web channels. Role includes troubleshooting desktop, mobile, network, and application issues in an enterprise environment.

Required Skills:

1+ year IT Help Desk or Service Desk experience Windows OS & Microsoft Office support Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, peripherals) Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Minimum typing speed: 35 WPM High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

IT certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred) Call center or customer service experience Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and enterprise IT environments

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.
