Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, PsyD) with Blossom Grove Therapy ~ OCD & Anxiety Treatment. The position is based in Middletown, CT.
The Licensed Clinician will provide
individual outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on treating anxiety disorders, including OCD.
Minimum Qualification Requirements: Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology. Must hold a current professional license in the State of CT (PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LPCA,) Prior experience providing individual psychotherapy to children ages 5-13 Commitment to maintaining a caseload of 24 clients per week (53 minute sessions) Ability to work remotely 2-3 days a week Ability to work 2-3 evenings and/or a weekend shift
Other Qualification Preferences: Experience/previous training in an evidence-based treatment for OCD or Anxiety Be organized and detail oriented Be a team player Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform telehealth and in-person clinical counseling services to clients of Blossom Grove Therapy as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies. Be properly licensed, maintain licensure at all times, and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Blossom Grove Therapy. Commitment to both ongoing personal and professional growth. Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to client sessions. Respond to clients requests for service or calls within 24 hours. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such clients. Communicate with a clients’ treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary. Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Blossom Grove or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep client files accurate and up to date. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers. Attend mandatory meetings. Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner in accordance with practice values and in a way that upholds and improves the reputation of Blossom Grove Therapy Important Details: This work is Hybrid This is a fully employed W2 position. Paid Administrative Time Medical Insurance Stipend Life Insurance 401K Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Professional Development Reimbursement Weekly supervision will be provided as is needed/required. Full-time is defined by scheduling 24 sessions/week, so please have a schedule that allows for this quantity. Monthly Peer Supervision/Consultation
