We are seeking a strategic
Director of FP&A – Alternative Investments
to lead financial planning and analysis for our investment portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have
deep experience with private credit investments
within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the company’s alternative investment portfolio.
Develop advanced financial models for evaluating new and existing products and assessing profitability including private credit and CLO investments.
Drive quarterly board and executive reporting, including scenario analyses and risk assessments.
Build and enhance analytical frameworks and dashboards to support investment decision-making.
Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering continuous development and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
12+ years of experience in FP&A, operations and/or accounting within the alternative investment space including private credit and private equity.
Experience with private credit investments is a must .
Proven experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate in a dynamic, high-growth, and deadline-driven environment.
