Director, Retail Experience – Coffee, Juice, and Beverage Concepts $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

On-site four days per week at our Waltham, MA office.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full guest journey across all beverage retail touchpoints, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, hospitality, and innovation.

Develop and implement scalable SOPs across multi-unit beverage operations.

Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as labor efficiency, product margins, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency.

Recruit, train, and mentor baristas, juicers, shift leads, and store managers.

Build a culture rooted in craft, hospitality, accountability, and continuous learning.

Create leadership development pathways and succession plans.

Collaborate with culinary teams and vendor partners to curate seasonal menus and signature beverage offerings.

Select beans, juices, equipment, and packaging that reflect brand standards and guest preferences.

Pilot new retail concepts such as mobile carts, pop-ups, and express-format counters.

Ensure brand consistency across signage, uniforms, merchandising, and guest interactions.

Partner with marketing to launch campaigns, activations, and loyalty programs.

Champion sustainability and community engagement initiatives through every cup served.

Integrate digital tools for mobile ordering, loyalty, and guest feedback.

Use data to inform product mix, staffing models, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Explore emerging technologies to enhance convenience, speed, and personalized guest experiences.

Job Requirements

Experience leading retail operations within coffee, juice, or beverage-centric environments.

Strong passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

Strategic thinker with a hands‑on leadership style and bias toward action.

Comfortable collaborating across culinary, operations, marketing, and vendor teams.

Deep commitment to quality, consistency, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with retail technology tools, POS systems, digital ordering platforms, and performance data.

Ability to manage multi‑unit operations, teams, and projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $110K - $130K
