Third Time Together
The Position : We’re looking for an experienced barista or coffee professional with a passion for hospitality to lead our coffee program as we expand to One Kendall Square in East Cambridge. This leadership position combines hands‑on barista work with program development, helping to elevate our coffee service while maintaining our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
About Third Time Together We are hospitality first. Everything at Third Time starts and ends with the guest experience and how we can make that the best possible experience out there. Throw away your ideas of what an ice cream shop or a quick serve restaurant are, think instead about what they can be and then let’s work together to make that a reality.
We were recently awarded Best of Boston and we’re opening a second location at One Kendall Square in East Cambridge. This is your chance to join a young, award‑winning concept at a pivotal moment and help shape what comes next.
Who We Are Looking For The most important thing is who you are as a person.
We are “looking for the kind of person who runs after a stranger on the street to return a dropped scarf, who stops by with a plate of cookies to welcome a new family to the neighborhood, or who offers to help carry a stranger’s heavy stroller up the subway stairs. The kind of truly hospitable person, in other words, who wants to do good things, not for financial gain or some sort of karmic bump, but because the idea of bestowing graciousness upon others makes their own day better.”
This quality is what we do at Third Time Together. For the right candidate, everything else can be taught!
