Who We Are HydroX AI is a Silicon Valley startup building the one‑stop destination for safe AI solutions across every enterprise need. We’re domain experts from top tech companies, backed by tier‑1 investors, creating an all‑in‑one solution that doesn’t exist yet.

The Role We need a 0‑to‑1 business development lead to build our US go‑to‑market. You’ll own the business development function – from identifying our key US enterprise customers to closing deals across our full platform suite. This isn’t about executing an existing playbook; it’s about writing one for an entirely new category in the US market.

What You’ll Build

US revenue engine:

Build a multi‑million dollar pipeline and close our first major enterprise and government contracts

Strategic partnerships:

Negotiate joint ventures and teaming agreements that accelerate revenue growth

Market positioning:

Establish pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategy for the US market

Revenue systems:

Create forecasting and pipeline management processes that drive predictable growth

What We’re Looking For

Startup DNA:

8+ years in B2B business development with a proven track record of launching and scaling new product categories from zero

0‑to‑1 expertise:

Multiple successful examples of taking unproven products to market and achieving first enterprise wins

Platform/enterprise sales experience:

History of closing 7+ figure deals for complex, multi‑component technology solutions

Government/IC experience:

Demonstrated success winning large contracts in Intelligence Community or similar regulated environments

Technical fluency:

Ability to understand and articulate cutting‑edge AI platform capabilities across the full stack

Solution selling mastery:

Proven ability to create new markets and educate buyers on technologies that didn’t exist before

Proposal leadership:

Track record of leading winning responses to complex, high‑value RFPs in competitive environments

Entrepreneurial results:

History of building BD functions, processes, and teams that delivered measurable revenue growth
