Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s from a top‑tier school required.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO experience.
  • 2–3 years in investment banking, Big 4 consulting, or management consulting.
  • Strong foundation in FP&A, treasury/cash management, and accounting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and drive process improvements.
  • Low ego, collaborative leadership style aligned with a mission‑driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale FP&A team; implement advanced forecasting and reporting tools.
  • Establish Treasury Management function and enhance cash forecasting.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including payroll billing and tax compliance.
  • Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Support board reporting (minimal fundraising/M&A involvement).

Compensation

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $200,000 to $300,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
