We are seeking a
Senior Accountant
to manage financial reporting, operations accounting, and compliance for our hospitality portfolio, including hotels, restaurants, and resorts. Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Maintain general ledger, process journal entries, and perform month-end close.
Prepare financial statements, variance reports, and management dashboards.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense tracking.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Assist with audits, tax filings, and internal controls.
Partner with operations teams to analyze performance and drive improvements.
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
3+ years of accounting experience (hospitality or multi-entity operations preferred).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, M3, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
