RN Nursing Supervisor – Part Time (11:00 pm – 7:15 am) Location: New Hyde Park, NY. The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a self‑motivated, outgoing and team‑oriented Registered Nurse for a key clinical management role on the overnight shift. This position provides leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved consistently. As RN Supervisor you will have overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the overnight shift, including supervising the delivery of clinical care, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits as needed, and monitoring compliance with Parker’s policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
