RN-Nursing Supervisor-Overnight Shift

RN Nursing Supervisor – Part Time (11:00 pm – 7:15 am)
Location: New Hyde Park, NY. The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a self‑motivated, outgoing and team‑oriented Registered Nurse for a key clinical management role on the overnight shift. This position provides leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved consistently.
As RN Supervisor you will have overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the overnight shift, including supervising the delivery of clinical care, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits as needed, and monitoring compliance with Parker’s policies, procedures, standards and regulations.

Position Qualifications
New York State RN license
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related area
Previous experience as an RN in a skilled nursing, assisted living or post‑acute setting
Previous experience as an RN Supervisor, Manager or Charge Nurse preferred
