Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously.
  • Maintain and organize the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize computer skills with proficiency in and other office software to prepare reports and correspondence.
  • Provide customer support and answer inquiries with professionalism and patience.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support administrative tasks such as typing, proofreading, and organizing files to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment through proactive communication and teamwork.

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles, preferably in a busy environment.
  • Experience with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and visitor management.
  • Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document organization.
  • Customer service experience, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients and visitors.
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Automotive experience a plus

Will train and pay is based off of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
