Our client, a close-knit private equity firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in their SF office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to handle tasks independently. Salary: 120k base + generous bonus and benefits Responsibilities Manage heavy calendar, schedule appointments, oversee external communications Coordinate and communicate on behalf of executive internally and externally with board meetings Act as gatekeeper of time Some light personal assistant projects as needed Process expense reports in Concur Coordinate and book travel arrangements both global and domestic including visa arrangements Provide back-up support to other executive assistants as needed Other ad hoc duties as needed Requirements 3-5+ years working in a fast‑paced environment support role Experience in venture capital and private equity is preferred Microsoft Office proficient and tech savvy Ability to deal with constant changes and anticipate needs Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
