Our client, a close-knit private equity firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in their SF office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to handle tasks independently.

Salary: 120k base + generous bonus and benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage heavy calendar, schedule appointments, oversee external communications
  • Coordinate and communicate on behalf of executive internally and externally with board meetings
  • Act as their gate keeper of time
  • Some light personal assistant projects as needed
  • Process expense reports in Concur
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements both global and domestic including visa arrangements
  • Provide back-up support to other executive assistants as needed
  • Other ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years working in a fast‑paced environment support role administrative support role
  • Experience in venture capital and private equity is preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficient and tech savvy
  • Ability to deal with constant changes and anticipate needs
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
