Our client, a close-knit private equity firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in their SF office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to handle tasks independently.
Salary: 120k base + generous bonus and benefitsResponsibilities
- Manage heavy calendar, schedule appointments, oversee external communications
- Coordinate and communicate on behalf of executive internally and externally with board meetings
- Act as their gate keeper of time
- Some light personal assistant projects as needed
- Process expense reports in Concur
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements both global and domestic including visa arrangements
- Provide back-up support to other executive assistants as needed
- Other ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- 3-5+ years working in a fast‑paced environment support role administrative support role
- Experience in venture capital and private equity is preferred
- Microsoft Office proficient and tech savvy
- Ability to deal with constant changes and anticipate needs
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
