About the Role
Our client, a leading organization in the Western Chicago suburbs, is seeking an experienced
FP&A Manager
to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to influence business performance through data-driven insights and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
financial planning and analysis
function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives. Utilize
Onstream
for reporting and analytics (highly desired).
Qualifications
6+ years of progressive finance experience , including FP&A responsibilities. Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with
Onstream
is highly desired. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
