Position Description The Lead Wiring Technician duties include installation of fiber optic cabling and associated hardware at our customer sites, as well as train and manage other Wiring Technicians on the job. Technician must be able to manage a job site and interact with both the customer and Wolff Networks Management. Wages : Competitive, Based on Experience, plus lucrative Monthly Bonus program

Proven experience in fiber optic cable installation Valid Driver license and reliable vehicle Must be able to pass drug screening and background check. High School Diploma or GED
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of low voltage systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience training and directing or supervising other workers A high level of character and integrity who will represent our company in a professional manner at all times Proactive, highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills Previous experience as a premise technician is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, FOA CFOT) are a plus
Primary Responsibilities
Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables in commercial and residential environments Lead and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber optic and low voltage systems Collaborate with managers and clients to ensure installations meet specifications and schedules Maintain safety standards and adhere to industry regulations Train and mentor junior technicians as needed Maintain daily work logs
