Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

About the Role

As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies in your local market. This full‑cycle recruiting role covers sourcing to placement. You'll engage in conversations with job seekers via phone, email, or in‑person, coaching them throughout the process and working with the team to discuss open positions, post ads, and utilize online sourcing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking.
• Proactive cold calling to identify candidates.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for interviews with client companies – review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews.
• Deliver good news – extend job offers and manage offer process.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment to ensure needs met.
