About the Role As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in strengthening company culture, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring seamless HR operations. You’ll manage core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and learning programs.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands‑on execution. You will collaborate closely with leadership, hiring managers, and employees across the organization to create meaningful and consistent HR experiences.
Key Responsibilities Company Culture & Employee Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Gather feedback and partner with leadership to strengthen company culture.
Support wellness initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage job postings, sourcing, and screening processes to attract top talent.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and timely feedback loops.
Support onboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business needs.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, policies, and regulatory requirements (FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
Support payroll and benefits administration when needed.
Learning & Development
Collaborate with the HR Director to plan and deliver training programs and workshops.
Identify development opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
Track participation, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.
Event Planning & Coordination
Organize company-wide events including team‑building activities, holiday celebrations, and milestone recognitions.
Manage budgets, coordination, logistics, and communications.
Use post‑event evaluations to refine future planning and execution.
What We’re Looking For
Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR roles.
Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycor, Workday, ADP, BambooHR).
Familiarity with ATS systems (Jobvite, Greenhouse, Zoho).
Knowledge of LMS platforms and training delivery processes.
Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
Ability to analyze HR metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
