Position Summary The Senior Analyst provides support for strategic growth and investment initiatives through financial modeling, business valuations, and deal analysis. The role involves de novo and M&A processes, including due diligence, pro forma development, performance tracking post‑close, and collaboration with Development and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Essential Functions

Conduct portfolio‑level analyses to evaluate ASC performance, market positioning, and opportunities for optimization or expansion.

Prepare strategic planning materials for health‑system partners, including network capacity assessments and service‑line growth models.

Collaborate with Real Estate and Construction teams to review ASC site concepts, estimate build‑out costs, and validate facility sizing.

Develop financial models, business valuations, and supporting materials for deal processes and presentations.

Translate complex data into a compelling narrative that articulates business drivers, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Support Development leads in formulating strategic growth plans and capital requests for health‑system joint venture partners.

Prepare, present, and support end‑to‑end M&A and investment projects, including target valuations and strategic ranking.

Assist in the due diligence process for acquisition targets.

Prepare pro‑formas to assess de novo facility viability through project cost, working capital, financial statement, and cash‑flow modeling.

Assist in preparing high‑quality investment and approval presentations for senior leadership.

Analyze actual results versus budget for post‑close projects, including variance analysis and key measures.

Partner across Development and Operations teams to enable seamless execution.

Drive ad hoc strategic and financial analysis to evaluate new growth opportunities across existing and new markets.

Manage internal and cross‑functional data requests and pipeline reporting.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

5–7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, M&A, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional education is preferred.

Healthcare experience is preferred.

Requires adequate visual acuity and ability to grasp and handle objects.
