The Senior Manager of Corporate Business Development will help develop, assess, and execute inorganic growth opportunities (predominantly mergers and acquisitions) for the company. They will work on target identification, due diligence, financial impact analysis, transaction execution, and corporate growth strategy. Over the last ten years, the BD team has led more than 50 M&A transactions representing over $20B in invested capital. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position that offers the opportunity to influence the company's future direction. The role requires a highly motivated and curious individual with exceptional quantitative skills, strategic thinking, communication abilities, and project management expertise. This position will lead BD transactions under the supervision of the VP, Corporate BD Strategy, and support the strategic planning process, segment analysis, competitive analysis, industry trends, and due diligence activities across multiple projects. The role involves collaboration with corporate leaders, divisional leaders, functional partners, and cross-functional teams including legal, finance, HR, IT, and others. Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the annual BD strategic planning process with divisional and functional leaders. Evaluating adjacent segment opportunities and assessing market attractiveness and entry strategies. Conducting market research to identify high-potential sectors for expansion. Developing business cases and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership. Building financial models, including valuations, pro formas, and investment analyses. Supporting due diligence and transaction execution, including preparing materials for approvals. Leading cross-functional deal teams and managing multiple M&A programs. Driving process improvements and supporting onboarding and training for BD teams. Required qualifications:

10+ years of relevant work experience. Strong financial, analytical, and strategic skills. Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive and Board materials. Proven project management and organizational abilities. Ability to build relationships across stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. High integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Preferred qualifications:

Background in Finance, Valuations, Accounting, Engineering, or Marketing at a multinational, investment bank, or VC/PE firm. Proficiency in Office 365; experience with financial tools like CapitalIQ, FactSet, Bloomberg. Salary ranges from $129,660 to $286,500 plus bonus and benefits.
