What you’ll do
Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
Coordinate with other teams, prioritizing their involvement, needs and activation
Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to develop benefits that continue to raise the bar on joint business plans and strengthen partner relationships
Lead discovery sessions both internally and externally to determine partner needs for mutually beneficial benefit and incentive creation
Design, manage, and optimize incentive programs to motivate and reward partner performance
Work with broader business teams to ensure alignment with strategies and approaches
Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics both day‑to‑day and in quarterly business review format
Identify trends and evolving needs, develop programmatic tools and resources to improve efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of advertising, ad tech, retail, and partnerships
Ability to develop and get alignment for strategic plans in a new space
Ability to translate complexity into action plans and communication in a succinct manner
Ability to work cross‑functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
Experience working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
BA/BS with excellent academic performance (or equivalent experience)
Deep passion for building great products, startups, partner ecosystems, and the business of innovation
Experience working with large datasets

Hoboken, New Jersey (US‑10279): $108,000.00 – $216,000.00 annually, plus performance bonuses and stock options.
San Bruno, California (US‑08848): $117,000.00 – $234,000.00 annually, plus performance bonuses and stock options.
Primary location: 221 River St, Hoboken, NJ 07030, United States of America.
