Sevita provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Salary range:
$80,000–$83,000 Sign‑on bonus:
$5,000
Responsibilities
Coordinate treatment and implement services for assigned clients, including outreach visits.
Provide outreach services to children and families.
Consult with team members to develop individualized plans and multidisciplinary services.
Maintain client records completely and accurately, including IFSPs with full assessment of client functioning and goals.
Document client progress, required contacts with collaterals, family members, arena assessments, and DPH forms and regulations regarding intake and discharge.
Complete billing documentation according to the schedule established by the company.
Adhere to professional standards, guidelines, and clinical recommendations from clinical administration.
Keep supervisor informed of progress of all clients.
Meet direct service requirements based on part‑time or full‑time status, as designated.
Maintain confidentiality in all clinical matters.
Remain compliant with billing and documentation in accordance with direct service requirements.
Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments according to the needs of the child and family.
Qualifications
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.
