is expanding its investment team and seeking a
Private Equity Associate
to join its Charlotte office.
The team makes control buyout middle market investments in
Industrials, Consumer, and Business Services companies . Youll be at the center of deals from day one, working directly with Partners and Portfolio Company leadership on live transactions, value creation initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
What Youll Do Lead
financial modeling, LBOs, and return analysis
across new platform and add-on acquisitions Drive
commercial, financial, and operational diligence
alongside senior deal professionals Prepare IC materials, investment memos, and board-level analysis Support
portfolio company strategy , KPI tracking, and operational initiatives post-close Engage directly with bankers, management teams, lenders, and third-party advisors Play an active role across the
entire investment lifecycle

Qualifications 13 years of experience in
Investment Banking/M&A
in with meaningful deal experience in the Industrials, Business Services, Manufacturing, Consumer sectors. Strong LBO and financial modeling skillset Sharp commercial judgment and an
operators mindset Intellectual curiosity, low ego, and comfort taking ownership early Interest in
hands-on private equity Relevant ties to Charlotte are a huge plus!
