Vice President – Collections & Treasury Management
Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

You’ll have executive visibility, cross‑functional influence, and the mandate to materially improve liquidity, reduce DSO, and strengthen financial resilience.
The Role Reporting to senior finance leadership, the VP will own:
Global credit and collections strategy
Enterprise cash management and liquidity planning
Banking relationships and treasury operations
Risk mitigation and working capital optimization
You will partner closely with AR, Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Finance leadership to drive disciplined credit policies while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Global Credit & Collections Leadership
Drive best‑in‑class collections performance across regions
Reduce DSO and optimize global cash flow
Resolve complex, high‑risk customer payment issues
Establish and enforce global credit policies, limits, and terms
Integrate collections strategy with treasury cash forecasting
Treasury & Liquidity Management
Lead daily cash positioning and liquidity planning
Oversee bank account structures, cash concentration, and intercompany funding
Manage global banking relationships and fee negotiations
Support capital structure planning and covenant compliance
Optimize short‑term investments while preserving liquidity
Assess and manage customer credit risk globally
Recommend credit holds, write‑offs, or legal escalation when needed
Ensure compliance with treasury controls, KYC/AML, and regulatory requirements
Establish strong governance over cash disbursements and approvals
Leadership & Cross‑Functional Influence
Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing global teams
Standardize processes and enforce global best practices
Partner effectively with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Finance leaders
Drive accountability through measurable KPIs and performance goals
Reporting, Analytics & Systems
Deliver executive‑level AR, cash flow, and liquidity reporting
Monitor KPIs including DSO, bad debt, collection efficiency, and liquidity ratios
Leverage analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Evaluate and implement treasury and collections automation tools
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree
in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10–15+ years
of progressive experience in AR, credit, treasury, or financial operations
5+ years
in a senior leadership role with global scope
Proven success reducing DSO and strengthening cash flow
Strong experience in B2B environments with large customer portfolios
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands‑on when needed
