Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Market President, SVP located in Katy, TX. The Market President will oversee and manage the branch's operations, develop financial strategies, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, implementing sales initiatives, and overseeing lending and financial transactions. The role also involves developing and mentoring team members to achieve business goals and maintaining strong ties with the local community to promote the bank’s services.
