What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot any errors
Review and ensure accuracy of final invoices in compliance with clients' billing guidelines
Monitor invoice validations and resolve issues related to reduced or rejected invoices
Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to attorneys and staff
Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and track timekeepers and rates
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
Proficiency in major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker, CounselGO, and others
Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
AA or BA degree
