WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage projects (As "Lead" and/or "PM" when assigned) across Street, Utilities, Stormwater and general civil engineering projects
Be responsible for project delivery (scope, schedule, and budget)including QA/QC processes at all project stages
Act as Engineer of Recordand lead technical reviewer
Work independently and with a team to drive project deliverables as both a project design Lead and Project Manager.
Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to represent Windsor positively, identify new business opportunities, and grow strong long-term relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with team members, clients, and industry partners to expand Windsor's network and market presence
Collaborate with and explain complex design options to a diverse stakeholder group while positioning Windsor's solutions and expertise
Lead estimating and proposal efforts for new project opportunities, including development of winning technical approaches and value propositions
Effectively plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines and complete deliverables on time and on budget.
Mentor/train junior team membersin technical excellence, quality standards, and client relationship management across civil engineering disciplines
Champion and be responsible for quality control and following Windsor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP)
Develop and apply knowledge of engineering systems, codes, and other disciplines to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs
Coordinate with other disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Complete site visits as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in OR and/or WA or ability to obtain it within 6 months
10+ years' experience in civil design industry with demonstrated expertise in general civil engineering
10+ years' experience with production/design of pipelines, treatment facilities, and other civil infrastructure
Proven experience in project management and technical review across multiple civil disciplines
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge of Civil 3D
ArcGIS Pro knowledge a plus
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing comprehensive QA/QC processes and procedures for both water/wastewater and general civil projects
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
Experience mentoring junior staff and leading multidisciplinary technical teams
Experience with proposal writing and project pursuits across various civil engineering sectors
Experience with stakeholder engagement and public presentations
Strong understanding of technical standards and specifications across civil engineering disciplines
